Last night I went to a D&AD Presidents Lecture featuring Experimental Jetset.

It was great to see their work and to hear them talk about their ideas and processes. Unfortunately I had to run off to a private view in Shoreditch and by coincidence Experimental Jetset turned up at the same bar as the private view after-party, so it was great to be able to talk to them and ofcourse give them my card!

2007 sees the release of the film Helvetica.
"Helvetica is a feature-length independent film about typography, graphic design and global visual culture. It looks at the proliferation of one typeface (which will celebrate its 50th birthday in 2007) as part of a larger conversation about the way type affects our lives.
