The Real Underground

This is a response to the first research lesson on 16th March where Aidan mentioned the London Underground Map, originally designed by Harry Beck in 1933.















A site that we should have seen is this one from the London Underground where you can see the original and the new with a shape tween to emphasise the difference.


On the subject of underground maps this is a site where you can download international 'subway' maps for your iPod. Below is what the London Underground Map looks like on mine.
