Communities on the road

I came across this in yesterdays Live magazine (Sunday Mail) and thought it was interesting. A way to communicate with other drivers stuck in the same traffic jam as you. Here in the UK the nearest equivilant I can think of for the average car is bluetooth, but that is only a for file sharing anyway.
